I had a very frustrating experience using this scooter app. First off, the app constantly crashes or freezes, making it difficult to even locate a scooter. When I finally found one, unlocking it took forever, and sometimes the scooters wouldnât unlock at all, even though I was charged for the ride!
The navigation and GPS features are incredibly inaccurate, causing me to waste time searching for scooters that were supposedly nearby but clearly werenât. On top of that, the app overcharges. Iâve had multiple rides where I was charged for time I didnât even use the scooter.
Customer support is practically non-existentâno way to get quick help if something goes wrong, and their responses, when they do come, are unhelpful and slow.
In short, I wouldnât recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable, hassle-free ride. Itâs more stress than itâs worth.
