I recommend all people to use this app. The tech support helps me quite quick. You don’t have to waste your time on the time-consuming European bureaucracy , proving that you’re a real person and have the right to live. But one moment that I’d put 4,5 out of 5 - cooperating with QuickoDigital. It’s a quite bad integration due to I need to use different app for interaction with my euro money. Quicko doesn’t feel quicker. I bet trustee will address the problem with their card system and be able to make a physical brand cards again.

Used this app often for small crypto transfers and also used card they provide. The last couple of months were terrible for me as the user of an app. First they blocked my account twice for EURO deposit from my personal account. Support reacted within about 2 hours and asked to verify my card twice. The same procedure. It was not possible to upload pdf bank statements directly to support chat so I also had to send them e mails. But the most intriguing part was when I have bought TRX worth 15$ or so to send to my another personal wallet. They blocked me again. Support texted that it may take up to 7 days, 4 days passed and I am still waiting. So if you want to be blocked again and again for using your own assets and communicate with support up to 6 hours per day this app is your choice.

Terrible service, the chat with the operator crashes on purpose so that you can’t write a claim, your money can simply be written off when you pay and it will take several days to return + you will never be given exact answers about what, where and when, in return I will simply say “we apologize”, also the operators can use some incomprehensible cases to restore the account, like create a new account, try to go through it, where in the end they will write to you in black and white that this is prohibited, if you lose your phone number, God forbid, you will have to write a written statement on 2 A4 sheets, take a photo with them and wait up to 7 days for restoration, in short, guys, based on what I wrote, I think you see the quality of the service. As an entrepreneur, I would fire all the service personnel or deprive them of their salaries, and the person who manages them would also get what they deserve. This is a service that works with money, everything here should be clearly and distinctly written so that all customer questions are already answered constructively and correctly, and not “sorry.” This does not work in the sphere of money.
