I’ve been using the Spiritual Fitness app for several weeks and love the encouragement it has brought to me. The 3 simple tasks motivate me to take time to connect with God each day. The Actions help me take what I have heard and apply it in some way to my life.

On a busy day where we get caught up in our everyday life, it is nice to get a notification to remind us to thank our Lord and Savior Jesus for being here and for everything that he does for us!

I like the app overall. It is a good way to remind myself to read the Bible and pray each day. However, it does not show the progress on my Apple Watch. It would be nice to see my progress each day so I’m reminded to completed by the end of the day.
