I’ve been using the Neo Global Card for a few months now, and it has truly transformed my travel experience. The no foreign transaction fees and competitive exchange rates save me a lot of money while abroad. The app is intuitive and makes it easy to track spending and manage multiple

The story was so big which I cannot write over here. Coordination is soo poor. No prior notifications no emails of getting charged by NiYO credit card. And I was charged with total interst of 1 lakh rupees around. If I had know that I was getting charged I would have paid it. Everything was mess, I am totally vexed up with this service and never in my life I shall use Niyo. Now again they will ask me to tell the entire stuff and finally blame me that it’s you who didnot check. My account was on hold no emails, I was not notified How can a student pay 1 lakh rupees credit bill, when this bank is helpful for students. Simple one: I created fd to pay through credit card. I already had money to pay but Niyo debit was not working. But credit tution fee was not deducted from FD. And I was charged every month 40k as interst. Imagine if anyone in my place and if you know that u are getting charged for 3 months every month 40k, and already which you paid What would have you done ? I am truly hating this and very very disappointed
