Assets are the best part of this software, they need to continue to expand on this. For example, need to be able to assign assets to Properties. Worst part of software is onboarding, onboarding is done by people in India, so you can barley understand them, and the time zone difference is a challenge.

Zuper has tremendously streamlined our field operations, Handling so many vendors. We have a lot to keep up with zuper allows us to watch that in real time. Not to mention they have A1 support. Whenever im having an issue they are always a message away and they always handles everything in a good time frame. I also love the support team extra well because they go above and beyond to help me but to make sure I know how to fix it so that next time I can do it on my own. They always triple teach & triple inform. And over achieve. I love how you can tailor zuper to your company business needs. And if they need to make an hard changes and expectations they are an open book to resources and feedback. I love having zuper a part of our daily work operation The company ; the staff ; the system are all truly a blessing! & I am a proud user of zuper so I know for fact you will be completely satisfied!!!
