Love the Y. Can’t say it enough. This Y is by far the best one I have belonged. Classes are diverse. Instructors dedicated. Only complaint is we need more 7am classes. Place is clean even the cleaning staff is dedicated and hardworking.

I love the idea of this app. I love the idea of the features such as tracking your workouts, setting goals for yourself, and participating in competitions. However, the app has SO many bugs that make using it very, very frustrating. I am consistently reporting bugs and IT is extremely slow to respond- if they do respond. I’m not sure if the team is too small or unqualified, or what the issue is. But you’d think when the app is advertised as a perk to your paid membership, they’d put a little more time and effort into making sure the all is bug free, user friendly, and providing prompt attention to user concerns. Overall I wish the developers took my concerns more seriously.

When it works, it’s great. But I get an error trying to log in half the time and when I’m able to login, there are times when I get errors trying to book a class.
Revising to 2 stars - I’ve been able to login on the website and book classes so I’m assuming its an app issue.
