BeeDone: Gamified ADHD Planner

I never really write reviews but I really like this product as someone who has used gamified task managers before. I love the personalized encouraging messages as someone with ADHD and think the subscription is worth it. The only major downside is without any google-calendar and/or reminders integration it seems to be difficult to use or rely on the tool as a task manager

I’ve been trying a lot of these apps, and I LOVE this one. It’s one of my top 2 now, along with Finch (and BeeDone might end up winning). Personally, it beat Habitica, Focus Hero, and WaterDo (and all the apps that were more checklist/to-do based). The various AI tools have ended up being very helpful, this app is such a VERSATILE all-in-one! I have a to-do list (assignable to different days & times with optional reminders, has difficulty levels & categories), Habits (try to build these daily/weekly/monthly), and morning/night/afternoon routines! Having it all in one place is so much easier, and helps me choose what to do every time I’m at a decision point (instead of rooting through my reminder app, alarm app, and to-do note). The various AI tools are also great, and I kind of like how they unlock over time, so it’s not overwhelming. My biggest wish for this app, is if I could choose certain days of the week for my habits & my morning/night/afternoon routines. For example, I’m doing IPL laser MWF, and I shave TThFSa. I wish my routine would only show them on the respective days. My workaround writing in the task name which days to do it, and crossing it off when done and on skip days. But being able to set days of the week would be awesome. Thank you, creator!!

I’ve been looking for a gamified task manager and this is more than I expected. I’ve found the interface to be very intuitive and was also super impressed at their use of ai. It automatically adds a little icon for each task. But THE COOLEST PART is how there’s a little note created for each task. “Your mom would love to hear from you. Give her a call and make her day!” “Let's get this out of the way. Call your dermatologist and make the payment. You'll feel lighter once it's done.” 🤯🤯🤯 Definitely designed with ADHDers in mind. It’s easy to add a task quickly without thinking about it too much. There’s a whole lot more I could say… but just try it out. Big thank you to the developers!
