This app was nothing short of a blast (oh and I also wound up working out a lot too). Every day I looked forward to adding in my activities to see how much XP I earned. I took more steps than I usually do, more yoga classes, ate waaayy less sugar, all because of the brilliant gamification of getting fit. (Also I talked to my friends more too??? Unexpected benefit.) I can’t wait until my next fitness challenge starts.

Grab friends, family, colleagues , your book group and neighbors, etc. for this motivating fitness app. My sons are really going at it on opposite teams building a friendly rivalry. One hadn’t worked out in quite a while. I’m on a different team than my husband & sister and have fun motivation to exercise more. We have ages ranging from 30’s to 80’s in our group. Great creative idea!

I’ve had a great experience with XP. It has motivated me to exercise more while helping me keep in touch with friends and plan fun social outing rewards as we compete to earn more XP. I’m a busy mom who is trying to find my way back to an exercise routine and stay connected to friends in my little spare time and XP has helped me achieve that!
