Scheduling- the Mentoring Works app allows mentors and mentees to schedule and adjust meetings on the go and enables users to engage from wherever they are to strengthen and deepen mentoring relationships.

Reminders + Accountability- Mentors and mentees will receive meeting reminders in advance of meeting times allowing scheduling adjustments if necessary. Mentors can also enable reminders regarding mentee interests and goals to encourage preparation and meeting success.

Relationship Tracking- Record data on engagements with your mentor or mentee and track satisfaction, feedback, and goals.
