Bait-and-switch

Brought bike down on Metro-North on a Saturday and wanted to leave it at Grand Central. Downloaded app for fancy future bike rack. Then discovered that although the rack is covered with OONEE branding, you have to email (!) them to ask for permission to use another (!) app to access this one particular bike rack. OONEE finally emailed me back two days laterโ€”weekday service only of courseโ€”by which time I had left the city.

Unable to use

I was able to create an account and verify my identity but since the last update the app crashes signing in. I can't verify my login
