This app is trash. I purchased the Cruiser 12 Plus (with APP) model and it doesn’t connect to bike. After doing some digging, I think this has to do with the app using Bluetooth 4.0 BLE (Bluetooth low energy), which doesn’t seem to be picked up by any of my Apple devices.

Easy to use and simple app
About HYPERGOGO
1. The App is designed for the Hyper GoGo Scooter.
2. Through Bluetooth connection to the Hyper GoGo Scooter, the App can show the vehicle's power, speed, TRIP, ODO and so on.
3. The App can also control the vehicle's power, switch machine, highest speed, steering sensitivity, etc.
4. Connected to the vehicle, the App can records the vehicle's driving trajectory which provided by your iOS device (each 6 m scan a point). And then you can review the tracking on the map. If you don't need the using of Location, you should forbid the app to use Location.
The App requires iOS10.0 above the system.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
