True American spirit is distilled from the heart of the revolutionary – bold, passionate, rebellious. Our country was put to the test during the Whiskey Rebellion of 1792-1794, and to this day, Rebellion Bourbon Bar & Kitchen draws inspiration from our rich, shared history.



Located in Fredericksburg and Leesburg, Virginia, we offer a seasonally rich and locally sourced menu and then pair it with a selection from our collection of over 170 varieties of award-decorated bourbon, whiskey and spirits.
