I don’t like the new system. Scheduled bill payments come out a day early. The bill pay part of the system is harder to navigate. It was much easier to manage debit cards with Secure Lock. Once I turn certain aspects of my debit card off the bank has to do something to make them come back on.
When I used my debit card on the old system the payments were subtracted immediately and Secure lock notified me immediately. On the new system the notification are a day late sometimes.

This bank has gone above and beyond being “just a friendly bank”! Those that work there care for me as if I was related to them. I’ve never been made to feel my questions were stupid or my inability to comprehend technology was a problem. The Houston Branch and Willow Springs Branch have always helped and assisted in ways I did know were possible! They know what they are doing! They truly are there to help you! You will NOT be disappointed!!!
