The app is very agile and smooth. Renewing policy option must be available with it and also We are not able to create any marketing content from the app, and nothing is added in marketing sections since last 1 Year. It must be full of material with infographics which raise our brand value and product info and our USPs. Also wanted to highlight you that while giving quote for Travel Insurance’s Old Plan it shows wrong premium. Request you to rectify it. Request you to take quick option for it.

1. The professional competency and interest of the developers hired by Godigit can be judged by a simple thing that the agent login field is not working. I just saw that the same error has been reported 4 months back in December by another user. But the developers have not taken note of that. The app has school children level bugs makes one feel that app has been made my school kids as their class project. I am sure they too would have done basic testing of this app before launching it at App Store. 2. The irony is Godigit itself is advertising that this app is now available for iPhone user so relentlessly at the time of login into digitplus portal which increase the expectation of the Agent. 3. Extremely POOR show - Godigit App developers P.S. We expected higher standards from such a good company otherwise Sriti Ghosh

PROBLEM SOLVED….!! anyone facing issue while logging in to the app, select login via mobile number , TRY TO SELECT THE PHONE NUMBER BLANK BAR, IMMEDIATELY LOCK THE PHONE AND UNLOCK IT . THE TEXT WINDOW WILL AUTOMATICALLY OPEN IN THE TYPE PHONE NUMBER BAR AND YOUR KEYBOARD WILL BE OPEN. 👍🏻 THANK ME LATER
