Exactly as the title says. And why even create a separate app for this? It should be in the main BM app……
I have tried more than 8 times to activate the Bank Muscat soft token, and every single time I get the same error message: “session timeout, please login again.” No matter how carefully I follow the steps, the app simply does not work. This is very disappointing for such a critical service. The process should be smooth and reliable, but instead, it wastes time and creates unnecessary frustration. I hope Bank Muscat takes this feedback seriously and fixes the app so customers can actually use it without these repeated errors.
The app is very annoying because it has a lot of glitches on frequent basis. The worst thing is you need to delete the app and install it again and then wait for 12 hours to use it to find out that the activation didn’t work and you do the same thing again and again. And yes of course you need to do the same for the corporate account as well. Get your things sorted.
