This helps so much. My legs hurt so much all the time but when I found this app I loved it! It helps with my cramps also. If you don’t like vibrations I don’t recommend this app. But if you have cramps or parts that hurt a lot then I would recommend this app.

It’s so good!! Like you have to try it out like one time my lower arm was hurting and I put it on and after a few minutes it was not hurting
