This app saved me. Big playoff game with stop time and my usual timekeeping partner couldn’t make it, so I was in charge of penalties and the time. It was a snap to use and I was able to authoritatively announce the time and release penalties. I’ve tired a lot of apps and this is my favorite. It’s not fancy looking but it’s solid and gets the job done. Highly recommended.

The app does what’s its supposed to do. Unfortunately, the addition of dark mode support doesn’t seem finished. Some text (timeout for example) is not readable in dark mode and there isn’t an option to force light mode.
