Welcome to Sāmya Studios, your neighbourhood studio for movement, ritual, breathwork and community to bring you back into balance.

There are many ways to practice with us - both online and in-person. We offer different classes to help you come back to yourself and your own inherent wisdom - whether that's a sweaty power practice, a dance party flow, active breathwork, or a community nap.

All of our classes are designed for all levels - those new to movement and asana, seasoned practitioners, and everything in between. We'll always offer options for modifications to remind you that this is your practice and you decide what you need at each moment.
