PERFCTION

This app is truly a one-stop-shop for all things health and wellness. I feel like every time I use it I discover a new helpful function. I originally started using it with my trainer with the goal of just trying to feel healthier and happier and over time I’ve started taking more advantage of all it has to offer and it’s resulted in me seeing amazing results. Being able to access my workouts, see video demos in real time, track nutrition, water, step-count, progress photos, and chat with my trainer makes it so easy to stick to your program. I also love the face-yoga workouts- they are a unique benefit of the app i haven’t seen before elsewhere.
