Just downloaded and can’t even open. I get a white screen that says “latest update required” but there’s no update available.

Re msg below & your response to it - I can’t even get to any screen in your app beyond the opening corporate logo “powered by Morel.” Justa spinning circles beneath it. Bring that the is nothing. So how do I use the app? Or just wait until a later date? From posts when you’ve updated it sounds like it works? I still get nothing. Just checking. Thanks! Recently when I open the app under ios 16.5 all I get is a constantly spinning circle of doom and corporate logo, “Powered by Morel.” It never goes past that screen. Deleted and reinstalled app but still have the same prob. Any advice or am I not alone? Thank you!
