The device was really plug and play. I brought a second one so I can switch out without interruption of tracking and it took a little bit for the second one to go online but I think because it was late and maybe no one was available to activate on the other end. Overall very satisfied, for me it paid for itself with a week x100😊👌

24/7 support means they will email you in the middle of the night if you’re in the US with a question about your question, so it takes several days if not weeks to resolve your problem. I have had no ability to access my camera for over a week and tech support app does not answer questions at all. I recommended this camera to a friend due to it performing well for awhile but as soon as he started an account within 2 days his service stopped as well and has had the same problems trying to get someone who can solve the issues. Will not be recommending to anyone else until tech support can efficiently help solve issues.

For the price we pay per month the service should be better, it very slow to lactate the new area right away and the battery only charge till 90%, you guys need to do better the product is good but need some improvements.
