Hashtag Genius: AI Captions

The latest app update is not compatible with the iPhone 14 Pro Max, and I can’t seem to figure out why based on the update notes on the App Store. I don’t see any reason that the app’s updates should be incompatible with this device’s hardware so long as it has the latest version of iOS installed. I’m hoping this is a dev error or a simple mislabeling of device compatibility on the App Store that can be fixed with a minor update. It would be nice to have an explanation if possible because I’ve been enjoying this app (the paid version), and I should still have the ability to use the latest features in some capacity — or at least the ones that were paid prior. That’s something the developer can fix even if there is a reason this device is not supported. Meanwhile, I keep getting annoying messages from iOS when my apps are updating to tell me the app is no longer able to be updated. I may have to uninstall the app and stop using it if I keep having to deal with this nuisance. It was a great app, but now I unfortunately have to leave one star when it’s DOA on my device. The old version still installed on my device won’t work anymore, let alone not being able to update to the newest version — that’s not acceptable for a paid app. I hope this problem will get resolved in some manner ASAP.
