MSI Router

My brother bought a router and we can’t even set it up because the app that’s required to set it up (this app) doesn’t work. After messing with things for over two hours and trying to look into how to fix it we’ve come to the conclusion that he just has to get a refund. So don’t waste your time or your money messing with this brand, it’s garbage. I’d give a negative rating if I could but 1 star is as low as it goes.

I made the account but when i finished everything and clicked continue the app crashed on me and won’t let me sign in saying that my account password is incorrect even though I remembered it and wrote it down I tried multiple times and i just gave up.

The device works fine, it's the application that's holding it back. Prompts to connect to the wifi every time you login but right after you finish the password change prompt, it signs you out/crashes you, you can no longer get past the sign-in screen.
