Wow, I can’t do the most basic things with this app. For example, I can unlock the door but I can’t lock the door. I was notified someone was at my door but there is no record of it and no way for me to access the video. The date time stamp is wrong and no way to adjust it. Many basic settings I cannot do from the app, but can at the door. That’s the whole reason for the app! Software developers really need to clean this up! Very little thought went into the development of this app.

Don’t waste your money on this lock. When I just installed it, seemed to connect to my wifi. Then I noticed the issue with video playback.. it either played 1 video that it decides on its own or doesn’t play videos at all. Motion detection is very poor as well.. only works when someone is already standing at the door. Recently the lock just locked me out when I was outside and deleted the password on its own.. so if you have this lock it’s a warning for you to always have that key. Now the app doesn’t work at all. I get notifications on the phone about motion at the door but when I go into app it shows notifications section empty. Tried contacting customer support but am not getting any response back. Has been working fine for a couple months and now there’s an app update and it won’t let me update the app and says “wrong device type” so now my smart lock doesn’t work and I can’t update the app. If they don’t fix it, it’ll be a complete waste of money.
