It was all me. I had to do something to make sure it was connected. I did so much that I don’t remember but anywho….it does all I need my old apple to do. Cheaper!

When the watch is first activated, the time format is 12-hour. The app says 12-hour as well. When I changed the watch face to a different picture, the time format goes to 24-hour but, the app still says 12-hour in the watch settings. I’ve tried everything to get them both to sync to 12-hour and it won’t do it unless I do a factory reset and re-pair it with the app. The minute you change the watch face pic, goes right back to 24-hour format again. Very annoying.

I’ve had and worn this so-called tracker watch for over a year! I’ve constantly informed them of the problems it has with all it’s so-called functions. The heart rate monitor hasn’t been consistent, it, doesn’t capture any activity unless you set it for a specific exercise, and I can go on and on. But why bother!!!! Don’t waste your money or time! All they want is access to your location and camera! I’ve sent them pictures of the constant issues. Only to keep hearing them say why the heart rate isn’t accurate or the steps ain’t counted correctly!!!
