Bad service
If they had a ZERO star they deserve it . Bad customer experience, they talk to you as if your work for them . Feedback was useless. They blocked my account when I sent them an email on June 3rd to unblock my account with a copy of my bank statement and national ID and still ignored me . When I called customer service again yet today June 16 they told me ( we have a lot of emails please send the email again cause the inbox is full) they worst customer service employees is Mobily PAY. I would not recommend Mobily pay to any of my family , friends or coworkers. ZERO STAR. Even one star is too much for them.
