I had booked this facility at AMER in Jaipur. When I visited the hotel for depositing the luggage, I was told that the hotel in which the luggage was to be kept has been shut long back. The manager over there declined to entertain my request for keeping. I showed the payment details, but he said that it not applicable. I messaged for help on the WhatsApp number given. But no response. I even emailed yesterday to their customer care but to no avail. Pls don’t waste your money.

I had booked a locker facility through this app. However, at the location, they are not ready to take my baggage. Also, they do not have CCTV or any OTP facility. Even after contacting the customer care, they have not resolved the issue. Especially in Ayodhya, it is better to go to temple provided locker facility. It is perfect and very safe.

Have app for just imagine to user experience of User interface. It’s quite impressive, simple, smooth. Need improvement on UI part where search results it’s scroll up and down with few gap of smoothness. Rest of UI overall experience awesome. All the best guy’s for awesome service.
