I use the app to pay rent and it’s much more convenient than having to go online, just made a maintenance request also super easy. So far it hasn’t been glitchy and things are pretty simple and straight forward.

Once you master the interface and know how it works, save your payment & date on autopay to default mode and you’re done.

Unfortunately this app don’t work good as supposed to. The team - management / maintenance don’t care about us tenants. They take days , weeks to show up and fix things when they come . I’m so disappointed, I do have 2 holes in my ceiling that was made to fix a water leak over a month and still there , no one cares or went there to repair. I just sent a request about my AC , let’s see how many days will take to someone show up .
