It’s unclear if this company is inexperienced in the industry or simply mismanaged, but their approach leaves much to be desired. Employees and contractors deserve to be paid fairly for their work, yet this company consistently shifts blame for their mistakes onto others. Despite a clear history of emails requesting necessary information, they rarely provide it, which adds to the frustration. On top of that, their labor rates are absolutely ridiculous. Offering $22, $30, or even $40 an hour is unacceptable in this business unless you’re directly employing someone and covering all associated employee costs. Trying to hire us as employees under the guise of contracting is both unprofessional and insulting to the industry standards. It’s clear they need to reevaluate their practices if they want to maintain relationships with skilled professionals.

So they all say communication is key but nobody communicates . Well some are good . The good ones are awesome and the bad ones are awful. They are definitely cheap , if you finish a job early you should get the full nte no matter what . I do not think it is legal to pay hourly to contractors unless we directly work for them but it’s possible they are in some type of grey. They expect so much and pay so little. I’m a world where you make more for average owners , than million dollar companies , we need to really come together and fight the corporate greed involved in something like this . In 2017 this company was awesome . I made 50 k a winter in contracts and paid my guys well for a small company. Now ughh . It’s absolutely insane .

Some of their account managers will mess you around pretend that they don't know what's going on, short you on money and they lie. This company is just sketchy in general this new app is absolutely awful it tries to streamline everything but it really just creates a lot of micromanagement and a lot of extra hurdles to jump. There are a few good accounts and a few good account managers but there are just as many awful account managers and kids who don't know what they're doing. The only reason I deal with this company is because they offer early pay, but they take a huge percent, if you can get enough business with other companies you would be much better off.
