I recently went for an intro session. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with kindness, friendliness, and enthusiasm. Kat gave me a tour of the facility and explained to me all of the wonderful health benefits from the services. The facility was spotless and I could tell the staff care a great deal about the Brand. After my trial session, I spoke with Kat again, and she thoroughly explained all of the Membership/ Package Options available. She was very thorough and engaging. I decided to try this as a last effort for my arthritis. Even after one session, I felt dramatically less pain.

I love my sauna sessions. They are so relaxing and healing to my mind, body and soul. The peace, the heat, the cleanliness and the red light therapy coalesce to a state of nirvana. These are the fastest 40 minutes of any day because of how great I feel during and after a session. Every time I have a session I can’t wait until the next! I’ve encouraged friends and family yo take advantage of these awesome treatments because if they don’t they’re missing out. Once they’ve done it, they love it too.

I am so grateful to have a membership to a healing, mind reset, relaxing, and church like experience! The whole facility is consistently emasculate ! The water fountain provided it like silky holy water lol ! The semi frozen eucalyptus towel (I use after my session) is glorious. I feel safe and appreciated. I feel like a new human after sweating and shedding away the aches and pains, the sorrow of the pressure in this world built up inside, it’s a reset ! Maria the owner of this location is hands on ready to assit in any finacial snafu like an expired credit card on file . Or a situation like placing membership on hold if you need to travel. She is a kind and smart business woman ! They always are festive on fun holidays and give back to the community. I call Perspire my ‘Church’ . A great experience!
