Momentri: Raise Your Frequency

I completed a Momentri session and tried the feel better session. I woke up with negative thoughts and feeling today. this really helped me center myself.. and dumped out a lot of what was in my mind.. used gratitude to turn negative thoughts into positive ones.. and breathing helps like magic.. finally decided to set actions that could make things better rather than being stuck in thought loops.. I like how the entry appears on the entries page as it feels like an accomplishment to write all this and complete the process 🙂🙂
