This was a great way to explore and understand the work being done to restore the Murray wetlands. It is easy to follow using the app and talking points start when you reach each location. There are more map points marked along the track than those that have been recorded. Had trouble with sound recordings playing when out of phone signal range. Luckily we have Starlink so we were able to turn it on for those locations. Some additional info recordings along track would be greatly appreciated. Thanks SANP
This was a really great and unique way to tour the Murray River national park. The audio narration for each point of interest was clear and informative, by people with a local knowledge and information - not just voice actors reading from a script. A couple of things would make this app even better. Firstly, a way to re-orient the map northward after rotating it. Secondly, it would be great if POI’s were marked as “visited” when you reach them, for those that want to try to see every POI.
This app is good in theory but with just a handful of tours it’s basically useless. It’s like it’s been done by someone who is keen to demonstrate their skills but not interested enough in the end users requirements. Why not get it right and roll out a useful app?
