The app was pretty bad, but has become even worse with the recent update. The gave it a fancy animation picture (that I can't imagine anyone actually wants to see), and reduced the utility and functionality of it. The graphs show data that doesn't even make sense (used to show more meaningful data). We've lost the ability to control any of the battery settings (can't even set percentages to let the batteries go to anymore). Can't set any time of use settings. So now it's an app where the graph data is nearly worthless and you can't even do anything in it. Light-years behind Tesla Powerwall app, Anker, Ecoflow, Jackery, etc. Hardware has been fine, but the app is just so, so bad. Any Jr high student with access to Claude could develop a better app over the weekend - so hopefully it improves.

At first we got data and while it was not everything we hoped for at least there was data. Now since some update crashed our system—which we rely on to power our house—we can not get the app to stay connected to the Wi-Fi and so have no way to see what is going on with the system. I hope Lion will develop an option for monitoring and controlling a sanctuary system without need for app or Wi-Fi. Offer us an optional screen to wire into the system so in a pinch we have SOMETHING. The data access and system control is too critical a component of a solar system to have be unreliable. PLEASE fix this app. From the reviews, you can clearly see you have a problem.

App crashes on a regular basis when trying to connect to two UT1300BT batteries. Sometimes it works if I get further away, but not too far away from the batteries.
