In theory it offers a comprehensive health tracking support, but in practice workout orientation is sold as an add-od (managed directly with the coaches, not through Liti) and doctor’s appointments are very limited, so you’re really only getting a nutritionist. The nutritionist could be worth the price in some rare cases, but there are two big problems: 1) the platform has preset menus that nutritionist can’t really edit so you get one preset model and the actual recommendation is on the comments. Bad UX 2) it’s 100% focused on weight loss. So if you are hoping to build muscle mass, this is not the place for you.
