We need to support companies that counter the established “too big to fail” institutions. The ones that have or will de-bank you in the future. I don’t like the direct deposit payment method but I opened up another account with a small balance for security. Waiting for the high interest savings acct to pair with this. Keep supporting and keep requesting features.

I have a positive outlook for this company, the credit card itself works flawlessly as I have used it many times over the past year. Easy to put on autopilot for payments with bank account. I especially like the idea of giving back to conservative causes instead of having conglomerate corporations dictate how I should think. Can the Coign app. Use a little work? I think so, signing into the app takes a few more taps, the facial recognition software doesn’t seem to work properly. But, I believe with time, Coign will become better and easier to sign into. Overall I like the credit card and what the company stands for!

Been patiently waiting for tech to catch up to mission. Nov-Jun is plenty of time. Just not moving the needle. When your app is bad you need to have online to supplement. Can’t connect to Quicken. That’s a deal breaker. I was willing to wait to help support the parallel economy. People will give you some flexibility but you have to make it happen. It’s a a fail at this point. Now the app has been erroring out if you move off home screen for three days. Reporter the issue no resolution time given or follow up. I get a how was our service auto. email from Coign when the issue clearly hadn’t been addressed to which i replied and notified again to no follow up. This morning app update arrives but alas after installing the issue is not resolved. Boo. Putting this card in a drawer and not using it until it’s light years better. I will say the people at Coign are nice and pleasant which is refreshing these days, but they just aren’t getting there. Peace out for me.
