The app’s look and feel are nice and easy to use; however, it needs some upgrades. The symptoms are very limiting. There aren’t may choices and of those choices, only some are available depending on the day or what else you choose. For example, you can pick one kind of CM, but I know there have been days where my CM changed throughout the day. I wish there was a MUCH bigger selection of symptoms and no limits as to how many I can pick in each section. This app also doesn’t track BBT at all. That’s a HUGE part of TTC, so it feel very odd that there is nothing about it in the app. There are also a lot of bugs. The notes section doesn’t have autocorrect. When choosing a time for ovulation tests, you have to be very careful when scrolling or it will close it. I’d rather just type it at that point. This app has the potential to be the best on the market, but it just needs some upgrades. I hope to see it done soon.

I have been trying to conceive for a year now and so anything like this catches my eye. Since it seemed like it was a little more in-depth than the other TTC apps I have (Flo and Premom) and they were advertising a free trial period, I downloaded and signed up. I was immediately charged 30 dollars once I set my account up, which I didn’t realize because they were advertising a free trial period, which was a surprise to me. Once I got in the app and looked around, it appeared to be just like Flo which I already had. Since Flo is significantly cheaper and I was charged for the 30 dollars even though I understood it to be free for a trial period, I decided to cancel my subscription all together within the same day as I downloaded it. I went through the instructions on their app to cancel my subscription which I did successfully. All of a sudden, 3 months later, I’m charged 67 dollars for a renewal fee. I reached out to customer support and explained the situation and requested a refund but they refused. Instead offering me a free year membership but how would that be free when I already paid 67 dollars for the annual renewal fee? Very frustrating and disappointing. I highly recommend using Flo instead. Much cheaper and the exact same thing. Be cautious of this company/app.

I NEVER write reviews but as a girls girl… yall gotta be warned! I give this app two stars because I do find the information given very educational. i love the flow of the app and it could be very useful especially the AI chat. I paid $30+ a month for this app and it was not worth it! I used this app for two reasons, the first was to prevent pregnancy and the second was to try to conceive. If you are using this app to track your circle to prevent pregnancy, IT IS NOT ACCURATE!!! if you are trying to use this app to TTC, IT IS NOT ACCURATE!!!! While i did not get pregnant when i didn’t want to because of other precautions; I input over two years of data- periods, symptoms, ovulations, etc and it took my partner and i 10 months to conceive. i deleted the app and just went with the flow and used a free app to track ovulation and within in the FIRST MONTH I was pregnant. the information was completely wrong about my ovulation and other data by over a week! if you are using this app to try and prevent pregnancy by tracking your cycle, BE WEARY!! Now that i am pregnant i wanted to see how the apps pregnancy function was… i had to input my due date TWO WEEKS ahead of the clinical due date because the apps timeline did not line up. don’t pay for it, get the other free apps offered.
