NC Wallet: crypto without fees

I would like to share some feedback regarding your withdrawal process. The delay in processing BTC withdrawals really needs to improve. Waiting up to six hours for a transaction to be sent is extremely frustrating, especially when I need to make a time-sensitive payment. These long delays can also be embarrassing when I’m relying on a fast transaction. I hope you can optimize the withdrawal process to make it quicker and more reliable for your users. About a month ago, we had a power surge and a great big storm here where I live. Everything was shut off. My phone was scrambled. I’ve been trying ever since to access my NCWallet from CT Pool as well as individually. I cannot get past my pin number. They set up for me and I cannot find where I had it saved. They keep asking me five questions, number one when did I open the account if someone can tell me where I find that information that would be very beneficial. Another question they ask is how much money do I have in my NCWallet account or how much have I added from CT Pool, and what device am I using? The device is the easy part the amount I could not tell them because I make a deposit every day from CT Pool to my NCWallet it’s still allows me to do that, of course it will allow me to do that. Take my money. I need help getting back into my NCWallet it is driving me absolutely insane making daily deposits from my CT Pool to my NCWallet, CT Pool, nor NCWallet will allow me to change where I send my funds to, so I’m really getting aggravated and I feel like I’m stuck between a rock and hard place! Over and over I’ve sent messages and I get the same five questions every time which I cannot answer without getting into the app to answer them all I asked for was a phone number to reach out to someone and I got the same message back again. Please answer these five questions.. If someone can help me, please do I’ve got 7, 12 month miners or more and several 3 month miners that I began with. Please help me, Will Rogers. Concerned

I could not count the times that I have made a transaction for a withdrawal and the transaction does not get broadcasted to the Blockchain. There is no transaction ID number for the pending transaction that gets stuck. Customer support always uses the excuse the Blockchain is overloaded and they have no control over the pending transactions. If this was the case there would still be a TXID number associated with the transaction. It should not take 14 hours for a doge or litecoin withdrawal to be broadcasted to the Blockchain and issued a txid hash. This app was really good when it was first released no bugs in the software. But after months of the same issue and customer sport always blaming the Blockchain I’m beginning to believe the developers are intentionally holding these transactions in limbo for reasons I don’t understand. I would definitely not recommend using this especially if you want to make crypto payments in a timely manner. There’s nothing worse than sending a payment to a invoice that expires after 15 minutes and your payment finally processes hours sometimes 24 hours plus later.
