Thank you for making such an application for Persian speaking community. The app seems a little bit complex to use and there are many reasons to this. one of the most important one is the text is very, very small, almost unreadable. The second thing in the UI is that the UI is lacking the element of more pronounced icons etc. lastly, I think if the design of the UI, if it matches something similar to lose it or my fitness pal, this app has a very big potential to be very successful amongst the Persian speaking Communities. I already shared it to 7 people.
I should say that this app is good and I bought the 1 year subscription but there are some bugs as below that I found 1- there is problem in setting reminders 2- there is misleading and bad UX in adding avtivities because of bad descriptions( when you set your activity level at first, you should not add it in you daily activity, I recognize it after 7 days using of the app in Q&A section. the app should tell this to the user when he/she selects the activity level) 3- portions and amounts of the meals in the calorie section are not complete and perfect(and it gets better If there was an image of the meal or drink… beside the name) 4- when you want to add activities such climbing or biking, the app add the user steps by itself automatically but calorie burning of the climbing and steps are not the same and it makes a mistake in calculating the calorie burning! in general the UX is not good enough and the user gets confused
The new UI and interface is complex and hard to read. Too much information on the same page. Hard to find the information you are looking for. Very big texts and buttons that fill up the whole screen. Please make it simpler. Something that gives you the information needed at one glance and for more information, a clicks to get you there. Thank you for your awesome app.
