Terrible, just terrible. I’ve downloaded the app several times since December 2023. And every time I downloaded the app, I only see “cargando datos” at the Home Screen. This been going on since for a month now. This is truly bad for tourism. Someone should pay attention to this immediately, if not, simply eliminate the app if you’re incapable of fixing bugs and or conducting system maintenance.

THE WORSE I COULD USE. please if you are a responsable country ask to passengers to use to fill documents by apps or online it doesn’t work well. don’t do this to passengers and old people, what happen if tourist doesn’t have internet? How sad Colombia, so deficiency Por favor si usted no es un país responsable no haga usar a los pasajeros apps ni paginas web que no funcionan bien. No hagan esto a los pasajeros. Que pasa si son turistas y no tiene. Internet o son personas mayores? Que tristeza Colombia, que deficiencia

I just downloaded the app for my upcoming trip and just like review before mine, the home page is still loading with the cargando datos in limbo, thus, rendering this app useless. This needs to be fixed immediately!
