VAMA - Puja|Chadhava|Astro|TV

I booked a Puja and When I booked the Puja it was mentioned that Free Prasad is included. After booking, I verified that Prasad is not included. I immediately reported the matter through WhatsApp chat. But I was told that Prasad is not included as it was not separately added while booking. I requested to add now but my request was bluntly refused. I requested to cancel the order so that I can place correct order which was also refused. I feel that this is not a way to treat the customer. No proper complaint handling mechanism is in place at VAMA. I am asked to add Prasad in next puja. Do you expect me to use services from VAMA for any next puja, after such a bad experience. This this is my rating and review

My honest review after trying Hrin Mukti Pooja. While the duration mentioned is 120 mins, it got over in 65 - 70 min post starting late by 5 min. Pooja happened in the said temple premises, first 5-10 min went into shuddi karan before pooja and reciting Ganeshiji Aarti and some basic mantras. Post which everyones gotra, and names were recited who had opted for pooja. Few did complain on chat that their names were not chanted, all of this took close to 50 min. Post which some mantras were chanted and a virtual visit of entire mandir and the holy place was provided with some basic knowledge of what they are doing and why. Thats it. No real pooja was performed, it was just some basic stuff. I counted around 20+ names/families of individuals were chanted, at an average of 1000 per family its easily rs. 20,000+ for a 15 min pooja and overall 60+ min of other things. Not worth it, awaiting to see how and what effects it brings. Prima Facie they made very handsome money in just an hour for doing basic stuff. Do your own research before investing in this. I wouldn't mind if it really results into it something positive for me. Feedback: Please ensure other discussions are not happening around camera, like the two camera men were most of the time talking to each other interrupting the audio in pooja, similarly some work was going on so for few mins. very hard banging noises were heard. Otherwise all good.

I had booked puja Shani Sade Sati Mahadasha Shanti Mahayagya. The puja was good thank you for arranging it. The experience could have been made better by reducing the distraction caused by no audio and the temple going offline sometimes, also there was a lot of camera movement. It would have been better to check the camera placement and audio before the puja starts. Also the puja got over very abruptly i would have appreciated if the Panditji could have said that the puja is successfully done and blessing all of us present before going offline. Thank you 🙏
