The only thing that concerns me is that not enough people know about PearlComm Fiber. For something that was expected to take much longer, PearlComm came through much sooner than expected. Fast, friendly, & efficient staff. From the operator to the linemen to the installer. I was able to see the entire process first hand, and I’m quietly impressed. Every part was explained along with a timeline for each phase. I was looking expectedly at 2-3 weeks. Given our new location, I understood. I’m a “glass half empty” so I took it 3 weeks out. We had FIBER in less than a week! The linemen showed up JUST BEFORE A STORM! I was sure I was getting a reschedule when they notified me that they would be early. And simply astonished when the installer did the same, and showed up earlier than his new appointment. Awesome. Completely Satisfied! 😎

I’ve been waiting for almost 20 years for a super fast internet connection that cellular companies don’t offer in Columbia MS, but we are paying for every month on our cellular bills. Thank You so very much to everyone employed by PRVEPA and PearlComm for your ideas and implementation of Fiber Optic Network!! What a great service. This is so nice to have internet access now. Super fast I can’t believe we actually have something like this in rural areas. This is a huge game changer for me. Thank you for the great service.
