The only issue I have with these headphones/company is that. I can’t trade in my current Air pro 4’s for a discounted, or trade in price for a different set of headphones. The headphones themselves are amazing, I just wish that upgrading would be worth it even with currently owning a pair.

An app review should review the app. The headphones are incredible. But the app only connects to the headphones right after a download. I’ve done several. I’ll be listening to music and it will tell me to pair the headphones - they are paired. I can hear that they are. But, according to the app, I can’t connect to them. Related is that the long hold to change from ANC to normal to ambient sound only works right after I’ve re-downloaded the software. Same with different taps on L and R. After the first download, I can’t change that setting. So the app and its connectivity are a problem for me, but the headphones are amazing. Perhaps the app could be fixed?

The app is great and has basically everything I need, but it would be nice if there was an option to keep game mode turned ON instead of resetting, because I connect my earbuds to the tv and need the lowest latency possible for watching content and playing video games. I would really appreciate if you guys included this option. Thank you!
