would recommend to try it, seems accurate, doesn’t help much besides just telling you velo and launch angle though.

I reached out via email to “b4” and didn’t receive a reply on how to resolve my issues. It has been over a week now with no response. I contacted them through their support link on the app.
I have tried baseballs and softballs. I have tried lower pitching and higher pitching. I have switched batters. I have double and triple checked the setup and measurements. Nothing I have tried has lead to accurate Exit Velocity (EV). We’re hitting balls over 300’ fences and the highest EV reading we get is less than 65.
I canceled the premium plan today. I’m seeing better readings on the reels than we get and I feel like I’ve put more effort into figuring this out than most would.

At 1st I was a little skeptical as there are so many other products in this space that simply don’t work. This app has never let me down. I started with my son and 9 months later I am using it to measure preseason vs end of season swings for my AAA Minor Little League team. Now many of the parents have purchased it.
