Function but not great.
Finally received my headset and I’d give the headset 5⭐️. The app looks pretty but very bare bones. I like selection of shortcuts and the ease in customizing. I’d like to see abiiity to adjust sound with some built in presets for different types of audio (ie spoken word for ebooks/podcast, jazz, rock ), custom equalizer settings, switch device between when paired to multiple devices. While I assume it will update or ask me to update if there are firmware updates for the headset would be nice if it displayed the current and latest version with the option to check for updates.

Does not work, no support from manufacturer
The app will not recognize the headset. Have tried multiple times. Submitted a support 11-18-24 and as of today 2-1-25 have not heard back from them.

Functional but could use some additions
This controls the headset just fine, but the beeps when using the touchpad can be jarring. Adding an option to mute or make the beeps softer would be great. Also, having an option to check for new firmware if the device has been offline for a while.
