Basically complete scammers. In an industry where the buyers already have power over brands they enable stores to offload labeling work to brands. The interface is overly complex and unintuitive, filled with glitches. Orders for clients that require lucid require over 10x the man power than every other client, increasing delivery times and raising overall costs leading to higher shelf prices. Truly inefficient and unnecessary.
