It isn’t right to constantly view and control your child’s apps and all that sort of stuff. I understand parents want to keep their children safe, and that they think it’s in the child’s best interest, but all it does is cause A, distrust, which could lead to more sneakiness and secrecy in the future, and B, most of the parents that do have apps that restrict the child’s access and privacy are controlling helicopter parents that don’t take into consideration. Another thing as well as why a child might be “hiding something” is because some things are just simply embarrassing, like certain apps and such, like, for example, I know a lot of teens and kids alike have a love for Gacha games, but people like teens can be embarrassed by it, also, some parents just think that certain things are “inappropriate”, despite it being perfectly normally, and sometimes healthy. All in all, you shouldn’t let a third party like this app, along with other monitoring apps help you parent your child, unless you want to end up with kids that don’t talk to you when they grow up and finally have the power to set boundaries.

This app is just terrible in general. Like at this point parents might as well be their kids shadow. Like I totally understand that parents want to protect their kids but at the same time older children deserve privacy. There are a lot of thing we arent comfortable with telling our parent but this app basically takes ALL of that privacy away. Locking our phones for hours on end is pointless. You might as well take the phone as a whole. This app is downright terrible and with the amount of bas reviews and 1 stars Im surprised its still up.
