The notifications would be really helpful, but they are not timed well. All the reminders to eat come between 2-10am. The shopping list can’t be accessed after the program has started and it seems to glitch a lot.
Such yummy food and totally makes me feel better. The app helps me keep on schedule and know what to eat when.
There are several notifications throughout the days to help keep one on track, inspired, etcetera, but you can only read part of the preview. It cuts off and there’s no way to expand to read the text in full. Big time programming flaw, unless I’m missing something?
