Hi I liked the appearance I have to say. Great design, easy to use. But I am surprised that one of the busiest airport YSBK is not there and when I select it, it gives me wrong information for the METAR and taf.. it uses the nearby airport instead. This is not good and I donโt think thatโs difficult to include like other similar software? The name of the app is metar and tag. It should include as much as the airports who provide it to the public. Hope you could add those important airports weather information? Thatโs very important! Looking forward to your reply. Leo
I love the App and have a request or suggestion. Why not have an adaptation of this App that would be compatible with MSFS2020? Would be especially nice if we could install it into the custom Toolbar within the simulator. I think lots of guys would appreciate it and it would be very helpful.
I use this app on an iPad, and this app shows itโs lineage as one of the many that started life as an iPhone app. My biggest complaint is that the app launches in โportraitโ mode rather than landscape. The user has to undergo a few โgyrationsโ in order to get it to display in landscape mode. And along the lines of iPad functionality, thereโs no ability to split-screen the app. And there should be a โrefreshโ button on the active METAR page to capture the latest reading. Lastly, the ability to sort the favorites would be a nice touch. As a โcertified weather app-addictโ, I think I must have tried every aviation weather app out there. This app is kinda โpriceyโ for the lack of sophistication it offers, so if the developer would adopt some of my suggestions, this app could elevate out of the โho-humโ range. As of now, itโs not a โgo-toโ or โmust haveโ app.
