The Top Challenger fitness app has become a staple in my daily training routine. I use it to track my reps, sets, and the weight I lift for each workout—and that’s just one of the many features it offers. I really enjoy being able to share my workout routines as templates with friends.
One of my favorite parts of the app is the community section, where people share their workouts, videos, and progress photos. It’s a supportive space full of encouragement, fitness tips, and advice. You’ll find guidance on exercise form, complete routines, and even nutrition content.
Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or you’ve been lifting for years, there’s something here for everyone. The app even works with Apple Watch, making it easy to track your workouts on the go.

I can't say enough good things about this app! One major callout for me is the community - where I felt uncomfortable making fitness posts on Instagram, the Top Challenger community is an incredibly supportive, safe space to applaud each other's progress and find new workouts, fitness stories, and recipes. Also, before this app, I religiously printed my workouts from Excel sheets, but I have completely transferred all of my workouts to Top Challenger - it makes tracking my workouts, weights, and reps SO much easier, and I can see my cumulative progress on different exercises. To new users, this app is a great way to up your fitness game with a community that is there with you every step of the way!

I love this app so much! Whoever developed this app is very smart. When you sign in, you can choose your interests and it generate videos based on what you chose. There are TONS of videos if you ever in doubt about your form which makes it really convenient. What I like the most is that you can challenge other people. It is a combination between fit-TikTok and fit-instagram except that the people you see are not necessary “models”, they are fitness fanatics with all shapes and forms. I have used a lot of workout apps, but this one is definitely my favorite. Highly recommend!
