So far, this is the best binaural beats app I could find. The interface is very simple but still has lots of options and features. I especially love the fact that it could be played in the background and mix with other apps while offline. The individual volume controls is an added bonus. I like that the volume could be set much louder than other binaural beats apps because I often mix it with background music. My only complaint is the fact that you have to create an account and log in, I would have preferred the app to be more lightweight and not require any kind of account login for a simple binaural beats app.

I used to use binaural beats on YouTube to help with anxiety, but now I’ve found this app which aggregates all of my favorite frequencies into one place! If you haven’t tried meditating or practiced mindfulness using binaural beats, I highly recommend giving it a shot! (Not mental health advice)
